If you are experiencing problems logging into your email, please be sure you check the information below:

Is the User name field blank? Be sure to use the correct slash (located above the Enter key)

	If YES:	Type in summit\username (username is lastname_firstinitial) e.g., My username is northern_h Type in your password
	If NO:	Delete ALL INFO contained in the username field. Type in summit\username (username is lastname_firstinitial) e.g., My username is northern_h Type in your password

NOTE: If you have an older computer (non-XP) – you may receive a prompt for username and password and domain.

In this case, you do NOT need to put the Summit before your username. Your logon will be:

User name: username
Password: password
Domain: summit
